What is included with a rental?​​

• Poppy, a vintage VW bus!

• Unlimited photo booth sessions where guests touch the screen to get started and take three or four photos (depending on photo strip design you choose)

• Fun, easy-going, and professional attendant to ensure your guests are having a great time

• Unique and high-end costume & hand-held props (our collection is always growing, and our props are really good!  everyone tells us!)

• 2” x 6" printed photo strips with ability to have the bottom portion of the strip custom designed with names, date, hashtag, logo, etc. Two strips print out automatically with the option to print more if it’s a larger group and everyone wants their own strip (we'd never deny anyone their own strip!)

• Social Media Sharing: Guests can instantly share their photo strips/GIFs via text message or email.

• Setup & Tear Down: Poppy will be all set up at least 30 minutes prior to rental time, at your specified location.  Outside the bus there will be two vintage suitcases full of props, our wooden sign, a rug, a bench to step on, and the “Photos” marquee sign on top of the roof rack.

• Photo Opportunities: You’ll also have the ability to post with Poppy in addition to using her as a photo booth.  She’s super photogenic!

• Digital Files: You’ll have access to an online web gallery of all the photo strips and GIFs captured in the bus with unlimited downloads and sharing included

• Insurance: We’re fully insured to protect you and your guests.

How far does Poppy travel?

Round trip travel from our HQ in Shrewsbury to venues within 30 miles is included.  Outside of this zone, a travel fee applies, and Poppy maxes out on travel at 60 miles from 07702.

What kind of electrical requirements do you need?

Poppy requires access to a standard electrical outlet for power.  We come with a 100 ft extension cord.

What kind of space and access do you need?

Poppy needs about 15 x 15 of flat, drivable space.  From side mirror to mirror she's 75" wide and  171" long.  To the top of the roof rack is about 86" tall.

I want to book Poppy!  What do I do next?

Let us know the date, time and location of your event and we'll send you a proposal.  Sign the proposal with a 50% deposit and Poppy will be reserved for you!​  The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event date.

Can I book the bus to be used in a photo/video shoot?

Absolutely!  We’d love for you to use Poppy in a shoot.  We really enjoy collaborating with other businesses, photographers, and bloggers!  Please see our Pricing for rates.
